Bronc MAX Review
If you are a tattoo artist looking for a versatile machine, then the Bronc MAX might be what you need. The Bronc MAX is a wireless tattoo machine that can also be used wired with an RCA cable. It has adjustable stroke lengths and a seven-watt Swiss motor, making it a powerful and reliable all-in-one machine.
When you first unbox the Bronc MAX, you'll notice the weight of the machine. It is on the heavier side, but the weight at the tip makes it easy to control and gives it stability, which is great for lining with larger needle groupings. The machine comes with adjustable stroke lengths, ranging from 2.6mm to 4mm, giving you a harder or softer hit depending on what you need.
One of the great features of the Bronc MAX is the large display for the battery that shows you the power level, which is easy to read and can be adjusted in .1 volt increments. The battery also lasts an impressive 6-8 hours which should be ample for even the longest of tattoo sessions.I have used several other wireless machines from Bronc and they have all been extremely reliable thanks to using high quality parts like a Swiss motor and a no nonsense approach to design, keeping things simple and efficient.
In terms of using the machine, it works well with all standard cartridges, I ran everything from a 3RL to an 11RS and with those adjustable strokes it lined easily with precision and full saturation. It generates buttery smooth shades at lower stroke lengths with both liners and mags.
Overall, the Bronc MAX is an excellent all-in-one machine that is worth checking out if you are in the market for a new tattoo machine. It's versatile, easy to use, and provides a stable and precise line.
